The 100 Mile Club
For every hundred miles you run over the summer you enter a new club! Start counting your miles starting when spring sports end, to when cross country practice begins! (6/1/2015-8/23/2015) Over the summer keep a running log; in your log make to sure to keep track of how many miles you ran and the date, you can also include things such as where you ran, the time it took you to run, the weather, how you felt during the run, etc. Once you've reached a hundred miles, feel free to let a coach or one of the team captains know so we can add you to the club! Earn a T-Shirt by running 200 for an incoming Freshman, 300 for a Sophomore, 400 for a Junior and 500 for a Senior!
